3 Tools You Need To Start Your Year Off Right

A Vision Board
Attend a vision board party or host your own with friends. It’s a new fun way to support your friends. You get to know the dreams of the people in your circle and you can help each other achieve said goals. You’ll also be able to hold each other accountable.
The whole purpose of a Vision Board is to provide perspective on the goals we want a achieve within the year. We can look at it every day and be reminded of our goals.

A Journal
I always had a diary or homework book growing up but that train fell off the track when I landed my first full-time job. My life turned chaotic. In 2017 I did some reflection and realized a journal was what was missing. I bought one and it made all the difference.
To be perfectly honest with you guys it did take me some time to actually buy the journal. Eventually, I did and I made strides with organizing my work life by creating daily to-do lists. Now my journal is home to all the blog post ideas I randomly think of, my monthly budgets and my yearly goals. Stay on track this 2019 with a journal. Buy one using my link.
A Large Calendar
This is so you can time stamp and map all your goals, important event dates and deadlines. For me, this is especially useful for remembering competition deadlines. It’s also excellent at keeping grounded. Remembering birthdays, doctor visits, or just the last time you did a particular chore. I suggest getting a big one where there’s enough space to write your activities in. But you can get a small one with the ability to do the same, whichever speaks to you aesthetically.
Let me know what you’ll be doing to kick-start your year. In my last post, I talked about all the things I won’t be indulging in for 2019. You can find

I totally agree about the importance of a large calendar (or diary) to map deadlines and make plans etc. I’ve not got a vision board but I’ll absolutely be making one when I get some spare time, the process sounds so motivating!
